JDG series roller press is the latest generation of grinding equipment for cement industry developed at the end of the 20th century on the basis of introducing German and British technology. Under the extremely low energy consumption and operation cost, it can greatly increase the output of cement raw materials and cement.
JDG series roller press adopts roller press based on material layer pulverization technology and matching VXS or VXR powder selecting machine which integrates breaking, grading and drying. It can cooperate with ball mill or form its own system to form various technological processes, such as pre-pulverization, mixed pulverization, semi-final pulverization and final pulverization. Due to the change of grinding mechanism, the roller press and its system technology can reduce the power consumption of the grinding system by 50-100% and increase the output by 100-300%. It is suitable for grinding system of cement raw material or clinker, new plant or old plant, and can change the current situation that grinding capacity is insufficient due to the adoption of new standard.
