    Parallel grinding process


    Process flow:

    The difference between the parallel grinding process and the closed-circuit final grinding process is that the medium and coarse powder separated by the powder separator does not return to the grinding disc, but is sent out of the mill by the sliding tube and the air lock device, and sent to the follow-up ball mill by the conveyor for grinding. The finished products after vertical grinding and ball grinding are mixed evenly into finished products by the mixing equipment.

    Series milling process


    After the materials are fed into the vertical mill through the locking air feeder, they enter the high-pressure grinding area. The crushed materials are blown up on the edge of the grinding disc by the high-speed airflow, and the large particles fall directly onto the grinding disc for re-grinding. Most of the powder materials are carried by the airflow to the eddy current separator for coarse and fine separation, and the separated "coarse powder" falls back to the grinding disc for re-grinding. Adjust the spindle speed of the separator to control most fine powder particles in the range of 60 ~ 200 m.
