The flue gas temperature, dust concentration and moisture content of dryer fluctuate widely, especially the high dew point temperature of flue gas. A dryer often dries many kinds of materials, the dust property changes frequently, the flue gas is corrosive, and the dryer starts and stops. All these bring great difficulties to the dust removal of dryer. The dust removal of dryer has become a difficult problem in cement plant. At present, the dust removal of dryer has become a difficult problem in cement plant. High voltage electrostatic precipitator and fiberglass back-blown bag filter are commonly used in dryer. These two types of precipitators are large in volume and high in investment. It is urgent to develop a new, practical and reliable dryer dust removal equipment.
