    JD series combined dynamic separator is a new generation of high performance separator integrating coarse powder separation and horizontal eddy current powder separation, which is developed by our company on the basis of introducing the special dynamic separator for digesting and absorbing the French windswept coal mill.

    Ii. Working principle

    The wind swept mill to air with material by bottom duct into the classifier, the cone after rectification within the outer cone and the inner cone annular passage between the slow rise, the coarse powder into cone by gravity settling down the side wall thick powder cylinder to realize the gravity separation, gravity separation after air with material particles in the guide of diversion and the rotation of the rotor blades, between the guide blades and rotor to form stable level of eddy current choose pink area. Fine and slight particles will be sucked into the rotor along with the air flow, flow through the outlet duct and enter the dust collector behind and be separated as fine powder. The coarse and heavy particles fall down and converge to the coarse powder collecting cylinder through the inner cone and return to the grinding machine for further grinding. The fineness of finished products can be effectively adjusted by changing the rotor speed.

    Iii. Technical features

    On the basis of using the most advanced powder selecting technology in the world for reference, our company further optimized the structural parameters of JD series combined dynamic powder separator with the method of aviation aerodynamics analysis. The JD series combined dynamic powder separator produced by our company has more reasonable internal structure, higher powder selecting efficiency and more obvious energy saving effect. It mainly has the following characteristics:

    1. Large output and wide working conditions

    The output of the system with JD series combined dynamic separator is 20% to 50% higher than that with static separator. The advanced and reasonable structure allows the air volume and output of powder separation to change in a wide range without affecting the powder separation efficiency, and its grading performance is very stable.

    2. High efficiency and energy saving, low resistance of equipment

    JD series combined dynamic separator adopts the aerodynamic analysis method to optimize the whole flow field, which makes the equipment resistance significantly reduced, powder selection efficiency higher, drive motor power consumption greatly reduced, energy saving effect is very obvious. The rotor of the separator is equipped with a new type of eddy current disperser. The airflow in the rotor only rises relative to the rotor and does not rotate. After using the airflow into the rotor, the driving force to the rotor is reduced due to the moment of momentum, so as to save driving power and reduce wear. Numerous user feedback shows that the JD series combined dynamic separator produced by our company can save energy by more than 30 ~ 40%, which benefits users a lot.


    3. Simple operation and convenient fineness adjustment

    The main motor of JD series combined dynamic separator can be controlled remotely and operated conveniently. The fineness of the product can be adjusted in a wide range by changing the speed of the main motor of the powder separator.

    4. Low wear and tear and low maintenance cost

    JD series combined dynamic separator is easy to wear parts such as inner cone, hub sleeve, guide blade and rotor blade are made of wear-resistant materials or anti-wear process treatment, its wear rate is very small, so its maintenance cost is very low.

    Main structure

    JD series combined dynamic separator is mainly composed of driving part, rotary part, shell part and lubricating system.

    1. Driving part

    The driving part consists of a driving motor and a reducer. The driving part is generally vertical motor with belt wheel reduction drive device, according to the requirements of users can also use horizontal motor with straight axis reduction gear box. The motor adopts Y series motor. The current frequency of the motor is changed by ac frequency converter to make the motor speed change in a wide range.

    2. Turning part

    The rotary part is the core of the classifier, which is composed of spindle and rotor and driven by motor after deceleration. The spindle is installed in the hub sleeve. The upper part of the hub sleeve is mounted vertically on the bracket. The lower part is tightened and fixed by the screw rod. In order to ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearing in the shaft sleeve and prevent dust particles from entering, the two ends of the shaft sleeve are provided with dustproof and oil-proof lip sealing rings. The outer surface of hub sleeve is adhered with wear-resisting ceramic pieces to prevent the outer surface from being worn by airflow. The rotor is divided into upper, middle and lower three layers, and the upper plate is equipped with a sealing ring. The rotor blade is installed between the upper and lower plates, evenly distributed along the circumference, which is convenient for replacement. In order to ensure the stability of the work, the rotor body is precisely balanced by "shen-ke" electronic dynamic balancing machine.

    3. Shell part

    The shell is the main load-bearing part and flow passage of the powder separator, and it is mainly the welding part of sheet metal. For the convenience of observation and maintenance, the shell is provided with multiple manholes. The inner part of the shell is equipped with evenly spaced air guide vane to guide the airflow to form a stable horizontal eddy field. The inner ring of the guide vane is provided with a baffle plate and a sealing groove. In order to reduce the wear of the air flow, the inner wall of the elbow is pasted with wear-resisting ceramic pieces, and the guide vanes and inner cones are all treated with wear-resisting technology.

    4. Lubricating system

    JD series combined dynamic separator main bearing is lubricated by double dry oil pump with molybdenum disulfide lithium base grease, or thin oil lubrication according to user requirements. When lubricating with thin oil, it is recommended to use n-68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and XYZ series thin oil station. Reduction gear box IS0Vg320 mineral oil.

    V. main technical performance

    1. According to user needs, the actual configuration may be slightly different from the configuration in the table, and the contract shall prevail.

    2. Conventional deceleration is equipped with belt pulley deceleration, which can be decelerated by gearbox or by speed-regulating motor according to user requirements.

    3. The conventional lubrication is equipped with a dry oil pump, and the lean oil station can be used according to the user's requirements.

    4, general configuration without cyclone dust collector, according to user requirements with cyclone dust collector.

    Vi. Installation and test requirements

    1. Installation of equipment

    (1) base laying out: base laying out shall be carried out according to technological layout and equipment size. Only after the floor is cleaned with gouge can the foundation be made.

    (2) fixed foundation: 4 concrete supports with 150mm elevation are poured to make the surface of each support smooth and the elevation error is no more than 2mm(it is better to add 16mm thick steel plate to the concrete support surface).

    (3) shell installation: the shell is gently placed on the support according to the orientation of the process layout and adjusted horizontally by adding a backing plate, which is then welded and fixed with the embedded steel plate. Shell flange installation level, between the flanges with asbestos rope seal, in the work is not allowed to have air leakage phenomenon.

    (4) installation of transmission support: before installation, the spindle and rotor should carefully check whether they are deformed or damaged in the process of shipment, and installation can only be carried out after confirming that there is no problem. The spindle can be hoisted together with the support and bearing oil pipe and the upper cover of the barrel.

    2. After the whole machine is installed, the horizontal error of the upper cover shall be no more than 2/1000.

    3. Test run

    Test run can only be carried out after qualified installation and inspection. The main contents of test run are as follows:

    (1) the rotating part shall be inspected. When the spindle is in plumb state, it can rotate flexibly without sticking.

    (2) the rotation direction of the rotating part shall be consistent with the wind inlet direction of the guide vane, and shall not be contrary.

    (3) after the powder separator is installed, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and then conduct a test run for 4-8 hours (high speed) to check the oil supply of each bearing. Only after the test run is completely qualified, can it be put into production.

    Vii. Operation, maintenance and overhaul

    There are many factors affecting the production effect of the separator and they are interrelated. In order for the separator to work efficiently in the grinding system, it must be operated by skilled workers with certain experience.

    1, maintain,

    In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the separator, attention should be paid to the daily maintenance of the separator, the use of the factory should be in line with the actual situation of the factory's operating procedures and maintenance maintenance system.

    (1) each bearing should be regularly added with lubricating oil to ensure that each lubrication point is fully lubricated, and all lubricating agents of each bearing must be clean. Bearing rustling sound, is due to dirt and abnormal lubrication caused by timely maintenance and removal of impurities.

    (2) the bearing temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃.

    (3) often pay attention to the balance of the separator, if found abnormal vibration should be shut down in time to check and eliminate.

    (4) dust shall be removed from the air pipe regularly, and rain water shall be prevented from entering the pipe to avoid dust agglomeration.

    2, maintenance

    Maintenance of the separator: the maintenance door shall be opened after the machine is shut down and the temperature inside the standby machine is lowered and the dust is settled. When maintenance must be in the electrical switch control place hanging the "maintenance" sign, so as not to accidentally start injuries. After the maintenance is completed, the original shingler shall take down the sign to show that the maintenance is completed before driving.

    The main contents of the overhaul shall be determined according to the inspection results and using experience, generally as follows:

    (1) clean and inspect the spindle, bearing and oil seal, and replace them if they exceed the specified value.

    (2) whether the nut at each connection is loose or damaged, if it exceeds the specified value, it shall be replaced.

    (3) can clear the shell, the pipe on the adhesive dust.

    Of classification circle (rotor) of the rotary cage, such as wearing parts have no wear, if there should be timely replacement.

    Viii. Product fineness adjustment

    If the fineness of the finished product from the separator is too fine, the rotor speed can be reduced by frequency control or speed regulation motor until the fineness meets the requirements. If still cannot satisfy a requirement, also can increase system air volume appropriately. If the product is coarse, the adjustment method is opposite.

    Ix. Precautions for use

    1. Strengthen operation management.

    2, the separator efficiency is high, the cycle load is small, it is recommended to use the cycle load rate in 100-200% is better.

    3, the system seal is good, the coarse powder outlet should add the lock air device.

    4, fineness adjustment is generally used to adjust the rotor speed, try not to adjust the air volume.
