    Sepax high efficiency eddy current high efficiency powder separator is the latest scientific and technological product developed by our company in cooperation with nanjing university of technology and yancheng institute of technology on the basis of referring to the most advanced powder separation principle in the world and adopting the method of aviation aerodynamics analysis. The product breaks through the conventional closed-circuit grinding system "coarse and fine powder" two separation theory, the material "divided into three", namely coarse powder, medium coarse powder and fine powder, the product system configuration is simple, low cost modest, can greatly improve the mill output. Its internal structure is reasonable and the effect of powder selection is remarkable. It is the first choice to improve the product quality of the grinding system after the implementation of the new cement standard.

    Ii. Working principle

    In working status, high-speed motor through the transmission device drives the vertical shaft turn, the material through the classifier of the upper chamber inlet into the powder room, then by setting the coarse powder collecting cone fluctuation between the cone and powder fall in material plate, pipe and materials plate with the vertical shaft turn, material under the effect of inertial centrifugal force, to evenly around the dispersed materials in external fan through the inlet into the powder chamber under the action of high-speed airflow, the material of heavy particles under the effect of inertial centrifugal force is flung to the selected powder inside wall of the chamber. After the collision, the lost kinetic energy slides down the wall and falls into the coarse powder collecting cone. The rest of the particles are picked up by the rotating and rising air flow. When passing through the action area of the strong wind blade, some coarse powder particles are thrown into the inner wall of the powder selection chamber under the impact of the strong wind blade.

    After passing through the high wind blade, medium coarse powder and fine powder continue to rise through the vertical guide blade and enter the secondary powder selection area under the action of updraft. Under the action of the strong and stable plane eddy current formed by the rotating cage rotor, the dust-containing airflow makes the medium and coarse powder lose kinetic energy after being thrown to the vertical guide blade under the action of centrifugal force, fall into the cone of medium and coarse powder collection and discharge through the medium and coarse powder tube. The fine powder that meets the requirements passes through the cage rotor and enters into the inner part of the rotor. It goes into the efficient and low-resistance cyclone separator with the circulating wind and then slides into the fine powder collection cone and becomes the finished product.


    Iii. Technical features

    Compared with the traditional powder separator, Sepax high-efficiency swirl high-efficiency powder separator has the following prominent advantages:

    1. Divide materials into three parts, that is, "coarse powder (d > 150um), medium coarse powder (60um < d < 150um), and fine powder". Coarse powder is returned to one storehouse, medium and coarse powder is sent to the grinding storehouse of grinding machine by high speed reamer (it can also enter one storehouse with coarse powder), and fine powder is directly transported to the storehouse.

    2. Sepax high-efficiency eddy current high-efficiency separator has a much higher output compared with the centrifugal type, whirlwind type and rotor type separator of similar size, so it is more suitable for mass production. The advanced and reasonable structure allows the air volume, output and feed quantity of powder separation to change in a wide range without affecting the powder separation efficiency, and its grading performance is very stable.

    3. Advanced classification principle. Combined with the principle of powder separation, the optimization design of the whole flow field was carried out by using the method of aero-aerodynamics analysis, so that the resistance of the equipment was significantly reduced and the powder separation efficiency was higher. Energy saving and consumption reduction is very obvious. The rotor of the separator is equipped with the eddy current rectifier which has obtained the national patent. The airflow in the rotor only rises relative to the rotor and does not rotate. After the airflow enters into the rotor, the internal moment of momentum reduces the driving force on the rotor, saving driving power and reducing wear. The material is divided into two powder areas, and the grading accuracy is higher and more accurate.

    4, the main shaft of the separator adopts stepless high speed. Fineness adjustment is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the adjustment range is wide.

    5. Re-optimized the space scope of powder selection area and lifting area, made full use of the main space to increase the material to gas ratio and improve the powder selection efficiency.

    6, powder separator easy wear parts parts, such as sprinkling plate, cyclone cylinder, snail Angle, wind guide blade and rotor are made of wear-resistant materials or anti-wear process, its wear rate is very low. The new manganese plate is used to prolong its service life.

    7, the main shaft under the bearing seal with a new design, effectively solve the dust into the bearing and oil leakage two major problems, effectively extend the service life of the lower bearing.

    8. When designing the foundation of the powder separator, the principle of mechanical vibration reduction is adopted to make the resonant frequency of the powder separator and the foundation not close to the natural frequency of the powder separator, which fundamentally solves the vibration problem of the powder separator that has been troubling the manufacturers for a long time.

    9. The coarse powder tube, medium thick powder tube and fine powder tube are all equipped with double interlock air valve, which greatly reduces the air leakage rate of the system and overcomes the big dust in the operation process of the previous separator.
